According to HEC-Pakistan:

Accounting and Finance Journal adheres to the plagiarism policy recommended by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan. Plagiarism, in any form, is a serious violation of academic ethics. Authors are expected to submit original work and provide proper citations for all previously published material. Plagiarism checks will be conducted, and any instances of plagiarism will be dealt with in accordance with HEC guidelines
